Definitions

The term ‘the company’, ‘Oello’ or ‘we’ means Oello Studios (ABN 42 288 243 255), the owner of this website, oello.com.au.  The term ‘you’ refers to you as the customer or the viewer of this website.

Pricing

All pricing on oello.com.au is in Australian Dollars (AUD). 

Pricing for our products are subject to change without notice.  Oello reserves the rights to change pricing at our own discretion and at any stage without notice.

Security

Oello does not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from this website.  Your credit card details are processed securely through Shopify Inc. 

Photos

Whilst every effort is made to ensure an accurate representation of colours, shapes and sizes, slight variances may sometimes occur between the photographic representation and the actual product.  Further, due to differences in monitors and screen settings, we are unable to guarantee that the colour you will see on your monitor will be an accurate reflection of the true colour of the product.

Oello assures all customers that we will protect your right to privacy.  All personal information which Oello holds, is solely used for the purpose of correctly processing orders or to send the customer an email about online specials, sales and newsletters.

Disclaimer

All Oello products are either handmade or hand-dyed in small batches and subtle variations in colour, shape and size are normal and are part of the beauty of the products.  Please cherish these variations as they will not affect the ability of the products.

Oello attempts to present all of our products as accurately as possible and colours, shapes and sizes are presented as accurate as possible.
