Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over $80 within Australia. For orders under $80, we offer the following options:

  • Standard delivery - 3 -10 business days - $5.00
  • Express delivery - 1 - 3 business days - $10.00

    New Zealand

    • Standard delivery - 10 - 15 business days - $15.00

    * Please note that all international customers are responsible for any additional taxes and duties. We do not accept responsibility for any charges that may be further incurred. 

    You will be notified via email with a tracking number once your order has been sent.

    Returns and Refunds

    Oello offers refunds on items purchased online within 7 days of receipt of goods.
     
    Please note that items must be returned to us in their original unopened packaging and must be received back by us within 14 days of receipt.  Unless a mistake has been made by us, Oello will not be responsible for any costs of return shipping or for any items lost in transit back to us.  Returns must be sent back to us using a trackable source.
     
    All returns must be approved by Oello. Prior to shipping back your return, please contact us with your order number and product details at info@oello.com.au to request a return.
